Yes the craft option is missing but this week skins are all craftable in LOADOUT with 1200 Crafting metals. Then you can spend Legend Tokens to obtain the Exclusive skin.
I dit it with Wingman Red Rocket.
Craft Legendary in LOADOUT and then Legend Tokens for Red Rocket Wingman.
I don't know about future skins.
Some future skins might be obtainable only with coins.
