Recoil cheats?
After watching countless hours of "pros" and non-pro streamers, I have to conclude that something funny is going on with recoil in this game.
many players I witness, including notable pro players ...

I agree with both of you. In the firing range, I'm a demon. Headshots all day, clean aiming. Go into a match, and nothing that is practiced works. The recoil is worse, the game feels less smooth. My only suspicion about this is that it has to do with ping.
Obviously the firing range is a server of its own. We can tell this because you actually have to wait for a queue to get into the firing range. Someone once told me that the firing range is an actual match with other people in it, but the game hides the other players. However, you can sometimes hear their gunfire and tactical and ultimates go off, as well as see some visual Qs, such as valkyries ult.
Nonetheless, the fact that it may have only 10 to 20 ppl in the server instance, may make for better gameplay. That, or the fact that there is nothing in the firing range to process except for that one small area. Whereas, in a normal game, you are processing everything going on in the big map simultaneously. All of that may add up to the server mis-predicting shots, or causing some funny business with the way the bullets perform.
That's my only guess at this point.
What's silly is that, most of us are reporting inconsistency with the guns/gunfire/gameplay, but most pros and other people seem to be able to consistently shoot their guns in the way I have described above. When something is not the same for you as it is for other people... something is off. Maybe that's proximity to servers (distance / latency), so perhaps there are people out there who are sitting at golden ticket locations for gameplay, or perhaps... they have done something to engineer consistency in their favor... Occam's razor would dictate the latter.
@Helkath-HazzurimSorry but I hate to say it some people just are good. I play with a bit in here who can attest to me losing fights and winning fights despite me having a laser beam aim. It does take practice and most who know me can openly say i def use nothing to do what I can do. What allows me to do this is 5k+ hours played in apex and over 24k matches played.

the video you posted shows small side to side horizontal aim issues. Your aim is not perfect. That's what we expect to see from people who aren't cheating. Please watch the clip I posted once more and notice how there is 0 side to side recoil jitter.
What you've shown matches what you said. It shows a person who has spent a lot of time playing the game, and it makes sense. Also, your video represents the "best" of what you can do, since it is in the firing range, and you're lining up your shot, you're not in any danger, and the conditions are perfect.
What doesn't make sense is for someone to peek a balcony and laser somebody with no recoil in the middle of an actual fight over the span of a few seconds. Just doesn't happen.
