Reduce muzzle flash on other players as well (those shooting back at you)

You did a good job reducing the flash during ads, but it doesn't make much difference or sense if you're fighting someone that also shoots at you, they become a ball of light. I don't know how you ar...

@Throhjen I think the problem was that muzzle flash would blind the one shooting.
Besides, you can still shoot a ball of light, it’s just a big target.

Big target with a tiny hitbox, the amount of light is absurd.

     It really isn’t that big of an issue though.

    Although it might still be an issue, I haven’t really tested this. (So I don’t know severe it is, except that it isn’t that severe)
