I think Apex should do an event where you can refund atleast one heirloom. I know so many who regret the heirloom they bought so a refund would be nice to buy another heirloom. If not maybe try adding a trading system to trade cosmetics.
BrOdOnTsPaM A refund system would be nice, but as for the trading system, that can go south pretty quickly if a hacker gains control of an account as they would be able to trade high valued items for low value ones.
Imagine being hacked and your Heirloom was traded out for something you didn't want with no way of getting it back, (it would be a nightmare).
