To ban chat ads, in my opinion, it will be better to shut the chatting function down in waiting room.

And about voice-chat ads, I think it will be better not to activate voice chatting function before starting actual match.

To exclude bot ads from game, let's isolate and match bot users - ad users - who repeatedly exiting game right after match begun (which, after finishing there commercial),

with bot users only. If you are using traditional methods to block them, they will find another way to keep doing what they doing. *Best way* let them face themselves. I think it's good th apply same measures to users who cheating in match, like aimbots, speed hacks, etc.
