Remove friendly caustic gas stun
Why is this a thing? Why is having a caustic on your team a disadvantage? This makes 0 sense why I'm getting slowed down by a friendly ability. Same goes with Bangalores ult

- @Benchwarmerbrew It promotes more tactical thinking on Caustics part which never happens because 90% of the playerbase hasn't finished kindergarten yet. But removing the slow would make him extremely broken imo, they already reduced the slow effect on allies and that's enough from my experience.
