He was literally talking about skill, as have many other people have here, they think this is a skill issue that people are having with the mastiff and that they should simply "get better" when that isnt even close to the issue at all. Your argument of "just dont get close to them" is the most baseless attempt at dismissing the point while trying to sound like you know what you're talking about, we're play a BR, one that has a circle that closes in (like most br games) and you expect to NOT be in peoples faces at some point in the game? You can lie to yourself all you want about how "people shouldnt allow their opponent to fight at the range they have the advantage in" but its not the reality of the game. There are abilities and map design put in place to make it very easy to get into peoples faces. You want to tell me that you can just easily stop a high skill Horizon or pathfinder before they can close the distance for a mastiff shot? I doubt it highly. Another thing i want to add, the mastiff does high damage at even AR range with little to no effort, you act like these people need to be directly in your face for this weapon to do damage but they dont, it out classes almost every automatic at med range and can even be effective at a decent distance past that. Your argument isnt there, it misses the point and then tries to dismiss the issue at hand.

Lastly, dont talk about "changing what your opposition is arguing" when thats literally what you just tried to do.
