Remove octane stim damage

Do it. you wont because you cant balance legends. Bloodhound has been broken for season after season. Hes all you see in pro lobbies

Glad if I want to get out of a sticky situation with low health as octane i have to HURT myself. Literally makes 0 sense. You guys act like him running faster for 4 seconds is this super good ability. Its not

@Tperodactyl I'm an octane main and I feel like there isn't much you can do to get him more balanced, taking away his health is nessicary for spam, and his speed feel perfect. any faster its OP any slower its kinda useless. if you want an escape legend, choose wraith, she gets a speed boost as well is protected from any damage.
