Remove strafe spamming!

Everyone does this and it's getting on my nerves, I'm on ps4 in non-crossplay lobbies (and in my experience, keyboard connectivity isn't a thing on ps4) and everyone just manages to move 200 feet a seconds in both directions at once, but when I fight and try to use the same tactic, everybody just hits every single shot because it moves pretty much the same speed as crouch walking when I do it.

Also it isn't because people are good, I class myself as a decent player when I'm feeling it, but every game results in my crosshairs on one spot and the next moment my target is 16 meters to the side of me. And I don't know about you, but a gibby that strafes like an octane while using his drugs should not be a thing when he doesn't even have the drugs in the first place. Please remove this, nobody should be able to move the stick that fast on a controller and still have precision perfect shots and ability usage.

Edit I know legacy and southpaw options are available but still, up on the left stick then left on the right stick would confuse and frustrate everyone just to move but I still see everyone doing it.
