Remove the banner-grabbing animation

Unfortunately this has some problems of its own. For example if you're with randoms it opens up the option for them to just loot your box without taking your banner. I think a good compromise would be for the game to automatically take the banner when entering a teammates box, you get the shield swap or whatever you need in the heat of the moment and then when you exit the box it does the animation so you duck behind cover. It still could get you killed sometimes, but it would be better than the current system where you have to wait for the animation before you can swap.

I made a post about this a while back but it hasn't really gotten any attention from EA and I doubt it ever will
