Remove turbocharger
Devotion with turbocharger is OP, and havoc without it is still viable so why keep it in the game, the only purpose it serves is to make 2 already strong weapons much stronger.

@Westhebird thats why they reduced the spawn of turbochargers and devotions.
@zombieshoota5000 They reduced the spawn rate because they needed more time to nerf the devotion, personally I don't think reducing spawn rates is the way to go since it just makes the game more luck based
