Reputation system - rewarding and sanctioning players

The reputation system enhances players actions in a team by rewarding positive actions and sanctioning negative actions. Reputation does not measure a player's K/D ratio, frags, assists, damage, win...

@AreYouShivering And it should be easily to go up on that reputation ladder. Just play few games according to the rules, and you go from negative into neutral and then positive. Also, this reputation system can be temporary, resets into neutral after season - not something that stays with you forever.

@AreYouShiveringI think having any negative system might not be truly representative due to toxicity or frustration. Having a ladder to climb positively though, especially in random matchmaking (due to exploits) could work with badges obtainable like ''till the bitter end'' or ''taking the lead'' to show others you're a team player is potentially a good idea.

    Reputation doesn't have to be very obtrusive or giving too much negative feedback to the player. For example, something like this:
    Yellow light [neutral]
    Red light [negative]l
    Green light [positive]
