@Midnight9746While I agree Valk is currently in the wrong category (as skirmisher). Threat vision is what I'm actually complaining about. Due to how legends are rendered at mid to long range, its much easier to see enemy movement, their outline, and even their skin. If you have a good eye, you can tell what legends are on the team ahead of you. Giving Valk Threat Vision either just in the air, or passively like the other recon legends makes it much HARDER to see them.
Personally the color red hurt my eyes, but changing accessibility settings makes it worse as yellow is even harder to see for me. I'm unable to play bloodhound at all due to this. I used to like playing Vantage until they came out with Threat Vision, and now I cant for the same reason. Giving Valk Threat Vision makes it so I wont be able to play her either.
I'm not asking to remove the in flight hud even though its god awful.
I'm not asking to rebalance her even though she doesnt exist in ranked games.
All I'm asking for is: let me turn off my threat vision if I want.
@Tr1denThunder I was just clarifying that Valk was buffed, not nerfed.
As for the toggle, that would depend on Respawn. I don't think they would add it any time soon since the threat vision is a new feature.
Hopefully they will add better visibility options for players who have issues trying to see highlighted players.
