I don't think this will be much of help.

Multiple languages are spoken within Singapore, so just locking it to English would be problematic for those that make use of the server.

Players from outside of Singapore also potentially make use of the Singapore servers, so you'd be locking out a lot of player traffic purely because they can't speak English.

This would also direct traffic to different servers, meaning that server loads will shift, potentially resulting in worse server performance for some.

From a realistic perspective, it wouldn't really be possible to region lock based on a language, how will it be checked that players are speaking English and how will it be enforced?

Games are played on a worldwide scale, I don't think it's fair to constrict players purely because they speak a different language.

You'd be impacting a lot of players for an issue that could be solved on a much smaller scale.

A better solution would be for you to get into a premade stack, that way you won't have any issues with players speaking different languages.

There are plenty of places where you can make use of LFG systems to find teammates to play with.
