Hey @l-LostHope-l,

Sorry to hear you've had this happen to you. That's a huge pain when you're just wanting to play some Apex, even before the missing coins.

In these cases what we're able to do is help re-secure the account and get you back into the game. I'm afraid we're not able to provide additional coins, and there's not a way to simply roll an account back as you're hoping, sadly.

I do see the advisor was able to help get 2FA added to the account as an extra security measure, which is great.

From there they advised a forum post not to have the coins granted, but to provide feedback on what's able to be done in these situations, apologies if that was unclear. I'll be sure to pass that along as I know it's a disappointment, but I'm glad to see you're at least able to get back into the game and account here.

So can I get confirmation that I will not be banned into what I believe is cheats?

@l-LostHope-l Sadly no one can give this confirmation but the Terms of Service teams. They are the only ones who can access information in terms of cheating or suspensions. You may file a ticket though with them explaining the concern you may have that actions could be taken against you.
