Requested Feature: Drop items while healing/shielding (Example in Description)

When I am in game and I am healing or shielding up. I want to be able to drop items like Ammo for example. Without having to cancel my animation. It comes in handy when you drop first and your teammates need a certain item and you are healing because you know an enemy team is coming. So you have to cancel and drop it, then restart your animation. You should be allowed to drop any item while healing.
