Respawn does way too little to change the gun meta in new seasons

Watch every pro/Apex Predator streamer in S4 using the exact same guns they have been using for 4 consecutive seasons, Wingman, R-99 and Peace Keeper every single game.

1. When are you going to give the Wingman a real nerf? Why does this gun give you such ridiculous strafe speed making it extremely hard to hit people using it? Why does a Pistol have comparable muzzle velocity to rifles and sniper rifles making it viable at all ranges? Changing the magazine capacity does NOTHING as everyone is still using it. You nerfed the R-301 massively despite all top players using the Wingman all the time why? No one even uses rifles in this game because the Wingman is the best gun at most ranges if you can aim well with it.

2. Why do guns like the Mozambique and P2020 continue to exist in this game? They are terrible, no one uses them and when you get a better gun you swap 100% of the time. This idea that throw away weapons should exist in the loot pool for the early game is a fundamentally flawed holdover from other BR games. It creates frustrating issues of RNG when hot dropping where someone gets a good weapon and you get one of the trash weapons and auto lose. Furthermore a good portion of the guns in this game are already mediocre without attachments so most guns are already weaker when first landing, there is no need for trash weapons.

3. Why did you release another sniper rifle this season after having already released one in previous season? Furthermore why is said sniper literally just a superior version of the Triple Take? Why does the Triple Take even exist at this point seeing as its now the worst sniper in the game by a long shot and has no niche.

4. Why can I still not change my reticle color a full year after this games release when nearly every other FPS game gives me this option?
