A level 3 mag is 26 rounds.
That 13 for double barrel mode.
15 damage per shot would be 30 damage if both bullets land.
Thats balanced.
High damage small mag.

High DPS high damage per mag too. you can't have both. It would simply be superior to R99 in all categories: DPS, damage per mag and accuracy.

Not even less forgiving despite its smaller mag since damage per mag would still be higher.

And 30 damage per shot on an auto weapon is insane.Look how flatline shreds with its 20 damage per shot despite its terrible recoil.

Alternator is already the most accurate SMG on full auto, it would sherds people from CQB to mid-long range.

People would complain, even if it would be from a legendary hop-up
