Revenant useless wall climbing

Revenant abilities to climb up walls takes too long and doesn't work half the time it would be better to enable him to use zipline silently or double the speed that he climbs walls at and remove the ...

@Hilshire12 I have been asking for the same thing for so long, He can't climb most of the buildings and the slowdown is like the cherry on top
