Rewards System on apex legends

The reward system in apex legends needs to change. I know the game needs money to continue. But what they don't notice is the fact that people that are playing this game for hours and hours aren't getting rewarded in any way possible. The first 100 levels mostly only gets you 2 golden items which is hardly ever what you want. The only other way you can get more items is to buy packs. That's it. So basically the items in the game are stuck behind a "money" wall. The game then starts getting boring because you can't do anything with the legend tokens as there is a super low chance of you getting a golden item that the store has. 

My solution to this is maybe add a system where you get keys for every win. 3 keys can open one crate. That way people will want to play even more and makes the game even more competitive .

If not that way you could always just add one crate after every 5 levels once you hit level 100. Then add some unique and great loot onto the battle pass that will make people want to buy the battle pass.
