Is lifelines Res quicker?
If not it should be, if she will no longer have a Res shield to protect them.
I think defensive supportive players are no where near as strong as offensive legends. So they definitely need buffs.
The new Rampart buff will honestly change up the meta big time. But it'll kinda turn her into an offensive player. IMO.
So your gonna need defensive / Support Legends even more so and they're gonna need to be able to do their job well.

@XxColdFangxXI remember reading about how players wanted the revive shield to come back, but to be the health of Lifeline's (or the player getting revived) knockdown shield.
This went ignored, but now we got Newcastle with a revive shield using the current equipped knockdown shield.
This almost feels like they liked the idea of the knockdown based health shield passive, and wanted to work it into a new legend, which is most likely the case, its just a shame for Lifeline mains. Especially the fact that Newcastle can move the teammate during the revive.
