Ridicilous ban from APEX WHAT?

Hahah that is harsh but on the other hand, you cant really expect automatic banning systems to be able to assess the context of what words are being said. They just ban you based on a list of certain words and variations of those words (misspellings etc).  I realized that its just better to never use the in-game chats at all and definitely not get drawn into their stupid toxicity game. I always have to remind myself when people are flaming me: "why would I ever feel the need to engage in an argumentation with this loser" haha

i was playing the game as always, a guy started shouting the n word. I was recording at that time and i thought if i say that im recording while he saying the n word he would shut up and play the game and that happened he shut up and played the game and we won but i got banned for saying that like WTFFF. You maybe thinking rn thats automatic system that happens sometimes, well listen this my case is DECLINED. WHAT THE ACTUAL *. İ spend 1000 hours in this game and too much money. This is what i get in return. Just wow

Yeah it seems like the automated system flags "n word" due to it lacking context, which is understandable.

Sadly enough nothing can be done here on AHQ to resolve this issue.

You could try opening another case unless they specifically mentioned that you shouldn't submit any further cases.

i understand that automatic system can be wrong sometimes but why did my ban apply get rejected like who reviewed my case
