Ridicilous ban from APEX WHAT?

i got banned for reporting someone for saying racial slurs wow ea just wow

    We can't help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. For more information, as well as instructions for submitting a dispute, please see the following article.

    I'm now locking this thread since ToS will need to investigate your account to determine if the ban should be overturned or not.

i understand that automatic system can be wrong sometimes but why did my ban apply get rejected like who reviewed my case
