Skill is ofc represented by all those stats but the actual value of any of those stats, out of the context, doesnt say anything about the skill of that player; all it says is the skill of that player in relation to the current matchmaking. The easiest way to illustrate: imagine your overall K/D is 1.8 but your ranked K/D after a long season Diamond grind is 0.8. Even if you have different values of the skilled based stat "K/D" , you still are the same player with the same skill. The difference just represent your skill in relation to your opponents skill in two different matchmakings.
So what I am trying to say is that you cant base a matchmaking on those stats because they correlates to the players skills vs the opponents skills... I have 2.44 overall K/D right now but the only thing that number says about me is how good I am in the current matchmaking... A matchmaking based on the current K/D would only match similarly skilled players vs each other in the beginning of the run, but after a while, every players stats would have changed since the competitive situation is changed and the "similarly skilled" matchmaking is broken. Its a very complex simulation what would happen and it hurts my brain to even think about it =)
