Scroll Wheel weapon swap goes to previous weapon?!?!?!!

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. trying to hold my weapon while I dont hold

What happens when the bug occurs? When I see a enemy , I use my weapon cycle button , which I assign by keybinds, its not working, I don't hold my weapon like I expect and I punch the air after while my enemy looks to me with a weapon.... Second problem with weapon cycle is, before the patch I was always holding my *1st* weapon with weapon cycle keybind now it is holding the last weapon I hold, I get used to cycle to my 1st weapon when I click to cycle weapon. I hope you guys will fix this in game problem swiftly
What should be happening instead? Like how it is before patch , I mention my problem
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in a match run without a weapon and use cycle weapon , it occurs 2nd problem I describe or *change* is always , I hope it will turn back how it was.
