The recent update to crypto has killed any chance of crypto becoming a good legend.
Crypto’s emp, by far the greatest thing about him, cannot be used for offensive or defensive maneuvers anymore...

@DrSeptimus I really enjoyed using his emp while my teammates were trying to 2v3. This would give them a great advantage and I would be able to rush after the emp. It was a great push and I won lots of fights because of it. Now it slows down teammate just like before making the emp useless except from far away, but the problem with that is they are able to heal back up before my team even gets near them. I main crypto and I have no clue use this “new” emp correctly.
@BBY_YOD4The current EMP requires very high learning curve to use and a ridiculous condition to fulfilled after the armour nerf.
You basically need evo shield level 5 and shield battery. When your armour dipped below 50%, just activate EMP and immediately pop the shield battery. The armour lost from EMP not going to change anything since it would be fully recover by shield battery by the end of it.
If enemy going within the EMP range to chase you, they would be slow down and have 50% of their armour chunk off. By the time the EMP effect worn off and shield battery is used, you would have full shield against their 50% shield.
Easier said than done.
