[Season 6] Crypto Feedback
The recent update to crypto has killed any chance of crypto becoming a good legend.
Crypto’s emp, by far the greatest thing about him, cannot be used for offensive or defensive maneuvers anymore...

We had a number of threads pop up about the Crypto changes this season. I've merged them together here so we can better keep track of the feedback. 👍

I had a go as him with new Update. First, don't play with randoms for this. Second: get allies to creep into team you are about to emp, or have them at a strategically advantageous location when emp goes off so that they can then quickly move in for the finish. If your team dies from this attempt, pick them up and res at beacon SINCE YOU CAN RES ALLIES FROM DRONE WITH A BUTTON CLICK.
I legit res'd my team ontop of an enemy squad after EMPing them because there was nowhere closer. They got away too, until the enemy team realized what we had done and chased us hard because they were pissed.
Crypto is a solid secondary for me, even more immensely so now that I can retrieve allies AND res them from my drone in a HUGE advantageous position the changes were more than I asked for with instant recon and res usage. You could literally take a crapload of respawn beacons into final zone area and have massive respawning potential for allies for the most part.
As for the new drone SFX for hacking? Please smack the audio guy who thought that was a good idea. Freaking hell that gets annoying fast and is immensely loud in your ears with headphones. It just keeps repeating immensely when you are hacking multiple bins for crafting materials.
Also please let drone hack crafting material crates for gathering.
