My impressions of the season:
Pros:
Great character. Makes LMGs matter
Energy weapons are pretty gross now
World's Edge on rotation for 7 days.

No fixes on servers
No new map
New editions mostly don't matter that much, like crafting.
Ranked is probably going to be an atrocious map rotation again.
I'm holding off on buying the Battle Pass this time around. Maybe I'll get it later in the season, maybe I won't. I'll hold off until the first event at least.
While I'm entertained for now, I think it's just because it's got some new stuff and it's still World's Edge, better than KC. But I have a feeling the new stuff is going to wear thin really soon.
That would definitely not have happened if they'd bothered to put together a new map, which this game needs so badly because of the core way it plays.
And the server situation is having me hold off too.
