Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Also, when you say you cleared the cache, do you mean the alternate MAC address? If not, try these steps:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Hey, I'm latino. And it's the same here. Never had any problem until this season. My internet is good, wired, etc. You must do something. There's a lot of players having the same issues.

If you want to go through some troubleshooting, let me know. We'll try to find out why you're lagging so much. Thanks!
- 5 years ago@EA_Aljo No offense, but it logically doesn’t make sense that this is anything on individual users side. We’re all experiencing the exact same thing. It’s a systemic issue with the game, not our connection. I’m going to try the steps you suggested, but I can tell you that I have my performance metrics displayed in game and my ping never goes above 50 and I never have any packet loss, yet it lags like crazy.
