Season starts in 2 hours and no pre-download game files available on steam?

I don't know about other platforms but definitely no predownload on steam for new season. How is that even possible 2 hours prior the season starts?

Yea i realized it too when I came home from work last night and noticed that the update is on queue at 1PM on my PS5. When I realized I was like "Oh snap, early access" and then I saw the time it was gonna download once it's finished.
