Seer buff

I just don’t understand why seer got nerfed like it was only 19 dmg and the flash bang is reasonable but everything else no cause it’s literally no fair how bloodhound has more range to scan then seer and crypto is basically the old seer jus without a passive 

can u give seer his passive back at least the passive part was genius.
