Seer is the Most Overpowered Legend

I am not sure if Seer was the result of developers running out of ideas for new legends but this is beyond ridiculous. For starters, his abilities render Bloodhound obsolete and they are extremely overpowered. His tactical is an advanced version of Bloodhound's sonar, but also deals damage, CANCELS ALL CHARACTERS ACTIONS, and SILENCES targets. There is no reason whatsoever for his tactical to have all of those effects. And on top of that, his passive detects enemies from hundreds of meters away. Seer is Crypto, Bloodhound, Revenant, and Wattson all in one legend. He basically rendered Bloodhound obsolete. If somebody wants to play Bloodhound for the abilities, then they need to just play Seer instead.
