@TheGhostOfKievI agreed.
Every new Legend they bring into the Game is overtuned.
Perhaps that many ppl play them.

But Seer need some Tuning.
CD of his Abilitys is to short, 75m Range to long, go through Walls, stuns, Deal dmg, Interrupt at Healing and highlight every Legend in the Way...
C'mon every Designer must know that all these Things are OP.

And the Sound is so disturbing, phew phew , Lasershow...
