Server Tickrate

I was talking to EA help today and it turns out they are not seeing 20Hz tick rate as problem because they said "Yes its because its having a small map and less number of player on a single match." and "20Hz tick rate works fine for apex this has not been a issue till now or our developers had upgraded it .". So I think we were unsuccesful as a community to show them how this an issues at this point. Because they are talking real non-sense about this issue. Dear influencers of our community please raise awareness on this issue <3. My point is not the insult Ea help staff btw. I just love this game and I think we deserve better servers.
