Servers still having issues

Hi, just wanted to come here and mention audio bugs are still an issue, server connections are struggling and yet all you can do is update the game, make 3 legends meta characters and "nerf" "buff" and change a few things and call it fixed? Genuinely, start listening to your professional players and new players and get this game FIXED for real. You obviously have the equipment to do so and yet the lobbies are still mismatching players and cheaters are still in your game. Not to mention that most of the rank apex pred, has 95% of them STREAMING themselves cheating and you do NOTHING. IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO HIT THE BAN BUTTON FOR ANY KIND OF CHEAT YEAH. You banned one of my friends dummy account for aim bot. A cheat that is dated back to 2012. I'm a semi-pro, working towards being a full on professional. I can't do that with trash connections to servers, servers not registering everything going on and all you got for us is new seasons with no changes and all you can say to us (all summed up btw) is "hey, here's a new season. We've listened and fixed the issues that no one is having. Enjoy our game!" Actually do your jobs before someone comes in and does it for you while taking the job from you.
