It's actually quite easy to win as a legend if you use your brain a bit, already won twice, and it's not that easy to win with a shadow and shadow dmg is perfectly fine...I seen every possible legend getting in that ship, it's all about strategy, situation awareness, getting proper equipment by killing other legends, and always being on the move because every-kill is showed on the map.
I love this event.
@PrimeAthiest83 I agree and disagree. The event is good and I enjoy strategy but the shadows play dirty... At the last 10 people they camp at the escape route making it practically impossible to get near the ship without being ganged up on.
- @GEEKYWARRI0R The game has been live for what, one day? In the coming days game play style will evolve. I won as a Legend last night and all 10 Legends escaped. Instead of it being 10 Pathfinders, we had a mix - and all of them were using different abilities/ults to get us out. I rode a zip line with a Pathfinder, Wattson set up a fence around the evac zone, Bangalore threw smoke, and Caustic put Nox canisters around the evac and then threw his ultimate. The more variety of Legend the easier it is. I think everyone gravitated to Pathfinder right away because the zip line into the evac. Beyond that, shadows can use zip lines too and they can run straight up walls, so the advantage Pathfinder has by being up high is greatly diminished. As a shadow, the most fun I had was teaming up on a Wattson who had bunkered down within a building and used fences to continually pick off shadows. I also saw a Caustic roast a dozen Shadows, me twice, by bunkering in the room that overhangs the canyon looking down at Containment.
broken and i do not play as shadow at all i wanna do is get the achivments done, in the process ill mention the brain that made this mode with a lot of bad words including every part of his life and get it over with.

For anyone saying shadows are too overpowered... yea right... if you can’t 1v1 a shadow, you’re just bad at shooting, hearing and/or anticipating cause they’re weak as hell. Multiple shadows attacking is a different point but again, that’s the point, they need you on that side so balanced shadows would make no sense.For others saying it’s hard to win as a shadow; no it’s not. I’ve seen teams win with 10 shadows. It’s based on how good your team is at ‘communicating’ and how perceptive they are. If there are 3 legends left and for some reason 10 shadows leave the vicinity of the dropship to hunt them down only to let 3 guard the ship, yup, legends gonna win. But if you disperse 7-10 (depending on the amount of shadows) and leave at least 7 just looking right on the circle, chances will go way up.
