SHIELD CELLS BUFF
shield cell takes 3 seconds to fill 25 shields (it has to go down to 2.5 seconds). shield battery takes 5 seconds to fill 125 with shield (it looks great the way it is).

@E9ine_AC friend but 2.5 seconds of 3 seconds that it already is, it wouldn't make all that difference no.
and another, when we only have shield cells (small shield)
and has no shield battery (large shield)
it takes a long time to fill a level 4 armor, 15 seconds is a long time.
shield battery (large shield) fills in 5 seconds.
that is, those who have a shield battery (large shield), have an advantage over those who only have a shield cell (small shield).

@ADM-REIxSUPREMO It is suppose to be this way. This is the challenge of the entire fight. Who can heal faster and recoup and keep going. Sure aim and movement work but knowing when to pull out to shield and heal is a major function of the game.
Again imagine Gibby with this in his bubble. You could see quicker then gold armor heals or close to it when it was a thing. Making him much much harder to kill.

- @E9ine_AC as i said, it wouldn't make that much difference, it would be good 2.5 seconds.
- @ADM-REIxSUPREMO So how would it make difference over 3 seconds if not enough difference though is where the question is. .5 is hardly noticeable and as you said would not make much difference. So with it at 3 seconds it should be ok because its not much difference. =P
