SHIELD CELLS BUFF
shield cell takes 3 seconds to fill 25 shields (it has to go down to 2.5 seconds). shield battery takes 5 seconds to fill 125 with shield (it looks great the way it is).

@ADM-REIxSUPREMO like i said you can't compare them since they are different items with advantages in their own scenarios.
@PunchyRaccoon don't you agree that it should decrease from 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds?
