Anyway, I do 104 Havoc to a R-99 taking 13 damage. I won. It is now a 1 vs 1. I do 163 to him and he 1 shots me for 148 damage!!!
Great game you have. That's not balanced at all.
You also buffed the Peacekeeper back to 165 headshot. We shouldn't be losing 83% of our health from something so easy to use.
This why people hate Peacekeeper and Charge Rifle. They're the easiest weapons to pick up and kill people with. Requires no training to master.
Even the EVA and Moz requires more skill and aim than these two weapons.
Again, no one like to get one shot killed in this game unless it is something like a Kraber or Mastiff. When you go down to something like those weapon, you be like oh crap! They have a Mastiff or Kraber.
When you go down to a Peacekeeper, you rage. You don't stay, "Oh crap, he has a PK!"
This is the hard truth.
