Should remove fixed recoil patterns. Could help Matchmaking.

@Awhoo_Thunderwhat does a “git gud” issue have to do with recoil patterns? Every 6th game does not have a cheater, you’re just pulling that out of your arse.

@lilbabyjoe69 Exactly, if aim smoothing is a thing it becomes irrelevant.
