Should we be capable of swapping or refunding our heirloom shards.

 I bought the wrong heirloom by mistake and would try and see if I could get a refund or swap heirlooms.

    Hey @No_a_joke, sorry to hear you'd accidentally picked up a different heirloom. I know those can be far and few between so that would be disappointing for sure if it's not the one you'd planned.

    At this time we're unable to exchange or otherwise reverse in-game purchases including heirlooms I'm afraid, sorry.

I feel there should at some point be a refund system like in other games. Both in accidental purchases and in refunds. If you buy an heirloom by mistake, as long as you don't leave the purchase screen you can refund it or a timer on maybe 10 to 15 min. 

There should also be a refund system for just refunding in general. Back when the game was pretty new, a lot of people got heirlooms but back then you couldn't choose which you got. Many people still don't use the heirlooms they got and i wonder if there should be a system that gives you 2 maybe 3 refunds in total on heirlooms and mythics. People could get the heirloom they want without having unlimited heirlooms. It might be hard to do, but i feel it would benefit a lot of people and the community in general.
