  • @poom-balthe Whenever you encounter any issues on apex I recommend to clear origin’s cache aswell, I have had different issues sometimes certain buttons like ‘’mute squad’’ or a certain squadmates mute buttons are not clickable until you reset the cache or the other day after the match ended every time I tried to hit ‘’leave game’’ it would say ‘’connecting to lobby...’’ but didn’t do anything so I ended up using task manager to force close the game and reset the origin cache to fix, it works for a wide range of fixes Ive had matches where the audio just wouldn’t play at all so I was just running around and couldn’t hear a single thing... it also fixes common bugs like if certain texture files don’t load in the shop

I do agree they should have Origin Auto Reset the Cache every 5-10 matches as the cache seems to be causing most of the issues when i encounter them

If someone want to know how to manually reset the cache its rather simple, open task manager and close all Origin programs (Apex too) search for the %ProgramData% folder then click origin and delete all folders but DO NOT DELETE the local content folder then just relaunch apex and everything should be fine
