If Respawn was interested or capable of trouble shooting audio issues in this particular game.... I'm pretty sure it would have been done 10 seasons ago. I have bought 4 total headsets, many different types, cheap one, and really expensive ones built strictly for BR's. I have tried my sons heavy duty $ 350 dollar gaming one also. Here is the kicker XHelperZ - every BR game I've ever played, fortnite, Valorant, Black out, Pub G, a few others I cannot remember the names - also including COD, BO, Battlefield and just about every multi player competitive game.... all my headsets work perfect. I mean perfect, from audio up, down, left, right, forward and behind all works perfectly. Apex legends is the absolute ONLY game where my head sets don't work. So I ask you, is it my headsets or does that sound like an Apex thing?
The above is in regards to broken enemy footstep audio.
