Single place for all patch notes, please

I just got my second "silent" APEX Legends patch today (2/26, 12 noon).

I looked in the forums news. I looked on the website. Where are the patch notes?

Please choose a place to publish patch notes for every single patch.. even if it's just a small "hotfixed XYZ bug"

"We've pushed a small patch today for PC with a fix for the Twitch Prime Loot exploit on PC. With this update, the Omega Point Pathfinder skin will be removed from any accounts that obtained it using the exploit."

Crashes non-stop on every platform and the only patch they release is to protect their money?? What a joke this company is turning out to be.

I want a single place to go to read all patch notes (and nothing else).

Searching through the Twitter feed to find some small patches and foums to find bigger patches is just weird and confusing.
It can be a specific ApexLegendsPatches twitter feed, or a forum section, or a webpage, anything really..

Dice have the same bs tendency to ignore their own official forums and just post stuff on reddit. It's really ridiculous.

And yes, funny how fast they fixed a small meaningless exploit allowing people to use a skin with one of the most under rated heroes (+5 loot crates) for free, even though you can simply make a free twitch account and get free twitch prime trial, but major issues like netcode issues, balancing passes ... nah... we don't need infos or if it's coming at all or anything like that.... nah...
