Skill-Based Matchmaking / Ranking System

Hello, i believe skill-based matchmaking is an essential next step for Apex Legends. 

Playing Apex Legends without a party is hit and miss; you may end up with like-minded people who you get on with, on the other hand the opposite may hold true. As a player of this game, I know that it is quite disappointing to join a team and then have them leave, jump to the other side of the map etc. If it were skill-based people would be motivated to try harder as they have something to work on other than a cosmetic collection, encouraging better gameplay and less messing around from players. (On this note, maybe a practice mode, where people can have a go at all the 'Legends' before they try a competitive match).

My personal view: Apex Legends is a really fun game, but eventually it will die out. Things get old, that holds true with every game. But with skill-based matchmaking and a solid ranking system (CS:GO, Overwatch) people have something to constantly strive for. People want to be the best, and right now people don't know whether they're good or bad.
