Skill-based Matchmaking is mandatory for better player experience.

I was one of the people that believed everything was fine with matchmaking... until a couple of days later when you start seeing a CLEAR difference between the everyday joe that works and cannot play...

Please don’t add this! I don’t understand how people would want this. Maybe if you’re just starting out but as soon as you get a little better it would be horrible. Games like this needs to have a variety of different skilled players. You learn from facing better players and you get confidence from getting a few easy kills. I’m really bad at the game right now but I don’t want only other noobs in my lobby.

You bring absolutely no argument, it's just "I want to stomp noobs for free". As it's been said already, you don't learn from being stomped by people MUCH more better than you but actually from playing with ppl slightly better than you. Learning is done in increments! It's like saying it's ok to put bronze players in LoL against challenger players as if bronze could learn from being stomped. Your argument is complete utter bullsh*t.
