Skill-based Matchmaking is mandatory for better player experience.

I was one of the people that believed everything was fine with matchmaking... until a couple of days later when you start seeing a CLEAR difference between the everyday joe that works and cannot play...

Please don’t add this! I don’t understand how people would want this. Maybe if you’re just starting out but as soon as you get a little better it would be horrible. Games like this needs to have a variety of different skilled players. You learn from facing better players and you get confidence from getting a few easy kills. I’m really bad at the game right now but I don’t want only other noobs in my lobby.

Not everyone learns the same way. It's safe to say that people with more inate skill 'can' learn by playing players way out of their skip tier but that's not the case for most people. It just becomes a frustrating experience.
The gameplay needs to be fun for the most amount of people.
Having some kind of SBMM is better for the overall heath of the game.
