So the skill based match making seems crazy broken in this game. I have gigabit internet with Comcast and granted it f***** sucks but all metrics/numbers say the game should be working flawless, low MS, 17 MS to St.Louis, but shots don't register and looks like I get shot once or twice with Gold Shield and I go down instantly. It's bad, 19 out of 20 games its pretty much unplayable. I have had better results playing at friends and families houses so I realize its a little to do with the ISP but have no way of fixing this and if its pinging 17ms shouldn't the game be running flawless?
So after losing game after game after game 1-2 kills tops and getting frustrated to the max. I get in a game and I drop into train yard by myself. I get 21 kills and 4500 damage WTF! clearly not a usual game. This one game works like butter registering every shot, seeing all the enemy shots when I do get shot I can get away quickly and counter. 21 KILLS 4500 DAMAGE! and these are not rookie players either that I am killing. Next 5 games after that, dead instantly, back to same ol BS! 6th game,11 Kills 3500 damage and game feels back on track, ever since that last game yesterday games feels broken again.
The only thing I can up with is not only is EA and Respawn are not only placing you with better players but the are also changing servers regardless of location or perhaps even slowing down your connect? What is going on with this game? Has to be the SBMM. When it places me in region with decent connection I do ridiculously well. So well that it places me in servers hundreds of miles away with elite players and slows my connection that I am dying before I see the shot register.
What ever it is, it is 100% broken.
I have also ran a lot of tests with the NetDuma OS router and can show it connecting to servers in Dallas when I am in Chicago with St. Louis and Iowa selected. So basically pings St. Louis at game lobby 17ms. Then join a game and it actually connects you to a different region.
