So if your game freezez during legend selection, you now get soft banned

To be fair, it happens relatively frequently to me, but still ,why do i get punished for experiencing an issue, that has been known from, according to google, at least season 2? And more importantly...

@DeepSpaceWanderr I am having this same problem! For whatever reason my ps4 crashes constantly while playing apex. I am now being punished because either there is a bug in the game or my old ps4 sometimes cant handle the load. I am about to delete this game even though it is my favorite because i cant handle the frustration of being banned for x amount of time when i blue screen!!!

@RaZr_-Rattler i don’t disconnect often, i have PS4 Pro and high speed stable connection (200 down/50 up), still, Apex does crash every now and again, however i have NEVER received a penalty for that
