I only pick them up when I know there's enemies close. Else I don't bother. Except the wingman. That thing's a heart stopper if you've got good aim or extended mags on it.
Once my friend emptied a mozambique close range at a downed enemy and didnt kill them. From then on wed rather go punch people than even touch a Mozambique again. EDIT coulda been he missed in his jumping panic but I was spectating it and he had his crosshairs on his target, idk how wide that spread is.
